Yes, we offer personal training for kids and adults. We are equipped to work with your student-athletes. We have worked with lacrosse, football, and volleyball players.

Hive Fitness Journey specializes in personalized group functional training, including:

  • Group Coaching: Small group classes with a 10:1 client-to-coach ratio, providing a personal training experience at an affordable group price.
  • Semi-Private Training: More challenging sessions designed to help you reach your specific fitness goals.
  • Personal Training: One-on-one sessions tailored to your individual needs and objectives.
  • Nutrition Coaching: Various nutrition challenges, including muscle building, weight loss, and sugar detox, are supported by a nutritionist.
Think of personal training with your friends or others from HFJ. We are building personal workouts to accommodate you and others taking this session. These sessions are limited to 2-4 individuals. Splitting the time means saving on cost. Having your friends in sessions means we get to laugh, have fun, and work hard together.
Classes cost between $6 and $16.50 per class, depending on your membership level. We offer 12-class passes a month or unlimited classes.
We offer two free weeks to try our group session. You will receive a first-month incentive if you sign up before the first-week ends. We also provide one free complementary session for personal training. This initial intake session is designed to learn about you and your goals, understand your mobility, and build a plan for you.
You can find us at 7450 Hwy 92 in Woodstock, GA. We are right across from Dixie Speedway on Hwy 92.
Our group training classes are 40-55 minutes. Safe to say 1 hour.
Our studio does not offer daycare. However, you are welcome to bring your children, who can wait in the lobby.
We offer function fitness. This means no high-risk movements. Our group training classes are based on personal training. We add specific movements to your workouts as we get to know you and your needs.
Classes are typically capped at 10 people per class. At times, we only go as high as 12 people. This ensures that our coaches can always provide the correct form corrections to keep you safe and maximize your results in your workouts.
Our focus on personalized group training in a small, intimate setting allows our coaches to provide detailed attention to each individual’s training, ensuring correct form and technique.
