Coach Martin’s clientele spans high school athletes to individuals in their 60s. Our programming is backed by a functional training approach that promotes improved daily movement patterns for overall well-being. We are in no way a CrossFit-style studio or high-impact. Through our interval-style training, we focus on strength, endurance, and mobility. Our classes use various equipment, including, but not limited to, dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands.
Our commitment to quality is evident in our small group-setting classes, which cap 10 clients per session. This allows our certified personal trainers to provide personalized attention to each client’s specific goals, ensuring correct form and technique. The intimate class size also fosters a sense of community, offering the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships.
